My journey @Crunch EB vol 1.0 June 28, 2024 With so much going on, so much to think about.. my mind goes blank.. So here I am sitting & writing about my day. This road that led me into Crunch EB, How grateful I am! I wont reveal all.. That is for another day and most likely included in my little journey called "inside the mind of a cyclist" But, what I will reveal is the amazing people I have encountered. Walking into that building, maybe 15 bikes? I remember clearly the 545am class wasn't even a thought! I had evenings and weekend classes. Just coming back from covid, while most gyms were closed. Crunch EB decided to open up. A very smart plan because they collected all the members from nearby gyms that never reopened! We opened and the rest was ❤!
