Tuesday 14th! For those of you who didnt hear my story...  My grade school Brawl :) One of those days you never forget.  I remember walking to class and getting  approached by some friends..  " heard you this person wants to fight you @3pm" i said ( what??? ) 😳.  Had no idea, what or why..  also was kinda of nervous, and scared because this was the first time.. this was like a scheduled fight  lol, perhaps the longest school day of my life.  :)  Time comes 3pm school bell rings..  Im like...   oooooh lordi! Everyone..  and I mean everyone waited after school..  this spread throughout the school like wild fire!!  I get out..  and a huge crowd walks across the street to the back of apartment buildings were I grew up.   The famous fighting circle emerges..  now im inside this pit and across was this  girl!  oooh yes I forgot to mention..  a girl wanted to beat my brains in  :...

Let’s get something straight! When I post a song, there isnt a hidden message behind me posting the song. hmmm,  So for an example,  I remember posting Rick James (Mary Jane)  Such a GOOD song!  I Hear this...  it brings me back!   and just old school music... hits me different!!   So no...  I'm not in love w/ a Mary Jane :🤣    I do get a kick out some of the responses I get...   uh oh...  Joe is in his feelings  😄.   Some music makes me smile... some make me cry.....  what can i say.....  music just hits me different!   Im ok!  if your following i post a wide assortment of music...  I hear something...  it hits me...  I post it!!   I will add..  My mom & dad play a HUGE roll for my passion for music!   mom...  I just remember that soulful R&B / Motown / Disco / Spanish dad... all Spanish So most times..  listening...

 Thursday 9th <------- Happy dayz!!!  Welcome back!  "like its nothing!"   just a little clarification.  We have a member who's a part of our amazing cycling community who is currently going through a challenging time in her life!  And as  a positive / supportive community..  We got her back!!  Are you with me in this great cause? Wednesday 8th -- Mornin all!  Like every Wednesday morning..  up... have that all important breakfast that sets the tone for my day!  Then music / routine prep for my class!  YUP.... not the day before. Has to be the day of...   need to feel it!   So, yesterday i spoke a little about some krazy challenges people are facing.  And when I know as someone reminded me or made me see it in a different light was...  there is someone in OUR cycling community that is going through a tough time!   It wasn't till late last night after receiving lots of 💗 and thank you for the message yesterday.  I received one msg... and this person said "how can i help?''  My eyes!!  Lit up!!  and just how i felt at that moment is how i feel as im sharing with you guys!  Filled with emotions!  Like!!!  Its what we should do!  As a GREAT / POSITIVE / CARING cycling community that we have @Crunch in  East Bruns...

 Mornin!  Tuesday 7th!   So, man a few things to share.   First thing is...  bumped into a gentleman while working out..   and we both almost had the same thoughts about life & being grateful! So!!! important!  To be grateful for what you currently HAVE! and of course we all want more in life and sometimes get side tracked... because maybe things in life aren't always easy for some of us!!  And maybe for some of us we look at how some are blessed in some areas in life that you aren't..  But just keep in mind we are all on DIFFERENT roads /  DIFFERENT chapters on our journey.   SO... this gentleman says hey!  "I'm here! and of course knowing exactly what he meant!!   So grateful to be alive! and to be able to breathe and SEE... just those things... just put me in a positive light!  Made me appreciate what I have and what I can do vs the minor things I may have thought or considered to be to...
