Call to action!

Wednesday 8th --

Mornin all!  Like every Wednesday morning..  up... have that all important breakfast that sets
the tone for my day!  Then music / routine prep for my class!  YUP.... not the day before.
Has to be the day of...   need to feel it!  

So, yesterday i spoke a little about some krazy challenges people are facing.  And when I know
as someone reminded me or made me see it in a different light was...  there is someone in OUR cycling community that is going through a tough time!  

It wasn't till late last night after receiving lots of 💗 and thank you for the message yesterday.  I received one msg... and this person said "how can i help?''  My eyes!!  Lit up!!  and just how i felt
at that moment is how i feel as im sharing with you guys!  Filled with emotions!  Like!!!  Its what
we should do!  As a GREAT / POSITIVE / CARING cycling community that we have @Crunch in 
East Brunswick!  We should all come together and make an attempt to assist one of our very own cyclist through a tough time!  And so, I'm going to gather a few people to help go around and collect for this individual. Obviously,  whatever you can do!  nothing ever mandatory. 

Will end with..  a special SHOUT OUT to all of my 5:45AM riders!

You guys always show up, so thank you for allowing me to continue to do what I

Challenges & Chapters!

  Good Morning  Day#20 of inchworms!  New Day!  Hope you all have begun this day, focused and determined just to take one step at a time.   My journey @Crunch EB vol 1.0 June 28, 2024 With so much going on, so much to think about.. my mind goes blank.. So here I am sitting & writing about my day. This road that led me into Crunch EB,  How grateful I am! I wont reveal all..  That is for another day and most likely included in my little journey called "inside the mind of a cyclist"  But, what I will reveal is the amazing people I have encountered.   Walking into that building, maybe 15 bikes?  I remember clearly the 545am class wasn't even a thought! I had evenings and weekend classes. Just coming back from covid, while most gyms were closed.  Crunch EB decided to open up.  A very smart plan because they collected all the members from nearby gyms that never reopened!  We opened and the rest was ❤!   4.5.23 Wed 5:45AM Cycle!   Thank you all for coming out!  Greatly appreciated. We had a great weekend! And leading up todays class! Consistency & THIS FOUNDATION!! Was just thinking about how far we've come & not only that but to have built this SOLID foundation of a community is krazy!!!  People... come  People.... go You guys..  this core!  Here to stay! So thank you for being  consistent and allowing this community continue to grow!!! Lots of talk about.....  Outdoor Cycling!!  We will talk about it!
