Just putting down some words via some recent thoughts that have crossed my mind..

I always seem to find myself thinking about people / and situations.. 

You are who you are!  Now here's where I fly off the deep end.  :)


Heard from someone and .. had to listen n listen n listen..... it went something like this..

When you hold in who you truly are...  bottled up... afraid of what others may think or what may happen

when you shrink down to someone your not..  thats when your stress levels begin to arise!  You are holding in 

who you truly are..    Easier said then done!  at 54! still picking my way to find this road to walk on!  


Another person said..   When people aren't at your level!!!  You cant!  I repeat CANT come down!  Key word 

Come down!!  to their level!  you are not meant to be lower than what you are destined to be!! And you will only continue to bring

yourself down!  Easier said than done!   Oh and BTW!!  Its ok for those who arent at your level!  That is what makes this lovely world go ROUND!   Analyze it!  and remove yourself from attempting to lower your standards to a lower level!! 


Consistency!!  I've met a bunch!!  Maaaaan!  Each day..  Day by Day..  I come before you with ME.. and who I AM!  

Not perfect!  Those famous words "No" I cant / "NO" I wont /  Being able to say "NO"  with your chest out! head up & not to feel guilty afterwards!! ahhhh ---> I am still striving to get there!  But,  When in doubt!  If there is a situation or obstacle or challenge I am facing!!

You will know...  Communication!  There are some folks... who have multiple personalities!!!!   


Now... listen here..  I am sooooooo understanding!  Overly at times!!  This maybe a medical condition!! IDK!!  

But moods swings and not knowing who I'm dealing with on a day to day basis!!  is KRAZY!!!!!  I CANT!!!  I'm sorry

Lets go.. I will help you find medical help!!  But, I cant stand before you.. and deal with multiple personalities or this PHONY BS 

your showing me!!  I feel foe those who have to put up with this....  like I said ' I CANT"  :)   once again never said I was perfect!

Challenges & Chapters!

  Good Morning  Day#20 of inchworms!  New Day!  Hope you all have begun this day, focused and determined just to take one step at a time.   My journey @Crunch EB vol 1.0 June 28, 2024 With so much going on, so much to think about.. my mind goes blank.. So here I am sitting & writing about my day. This road that led me into Crunch EB,  How grateful I am! I wont reveal all..  That is for another day and most likely included in my little journey called "inside the mind of a cyclist"  But, what I will reveal is the amazing people I have encountered.   Walking into that building, maybe 15 bikes?  I remember clearly the 545am class wasn't even a thought! I had evenings and weekend classes. Just coming back from covid, while most gyms were closed.  Crunch EB decided to open up.  A very smart plan because they collected all the members from nearby gyms that never reopened!  We opened and the rest was ❤!   4.5.23 Wed 5:45AM Cycle!   Thank you all for coming out!  Greatly appreciated. We had a great weekend! And leading up todays class! Consistency & THIS FOUNDATION!! Was just thinking about how far we've come & not only that but to have built this SOLID foundation of a community is krazy!!!  People... come  People.... go You guys..  this core!  Here to stay! So thank you for being  consistent and allowing this community continue to grow!!! Lots of talk about.....  Outdoor Cycling!!  We will talk about it!
